Bende Gyulai Kolbász Mild

Red and green vacuum pack with the Bende crest. Gyulai kolbász is the most famous Hungarian sausage — named for the town of Gyula, coarse-ground pork, heavily paprika'd and beechwood-smoked, with a deep brick-red colour. This is the mild version: full paprika flavour without the heat of the hot variety.

Bende is the reference Hungarian-American brand and this is their flagship sausage. Ready to eat straight from the pack — slice it for a board, or fry it into lecsó, goulash or scrambled eggs. Paprika is the third ingredient, which is what makes it Hungarian rather than generic smoked sausage.

Sold alongside the Hot version in this same folder — same sausage, different heat level. An obvious two-product bundle.
