Glass jar under a slate-grey paper cap and jute twine — each honey in the Berestov range has its own cap colour, which makes the set look deliberate on a shelf. The honey is thick, pale and creamy-set.
"White honey" is a genuine Altai speciality, not a marketing name — high alpine meadow honeys set to a pale, almost ivory cream. The label documents it precisely:
Harvest regions: highlands of the Bashchelaksky and Terektinsky ridges (Altai) Nectar sources: high-mountain mixed herbs — cornflower, sainfoin, oregano and others Tasting notes: delicate creamy flavour, light aroma with notes of mountain herbs and flowers
Unlike the Acacia and Linden, this is a polyfloral honey — the label lists several nectar sources rather than one dominant species, which is exactly what a wild alpine meadow gives you. A QR code links to the beekeepers.
Honey. (Single-ingredient polyfloral honey under ГОСТ 19792-2017.)
