The most decorated jar in the Berestov range — a dusty-rose paper cap with jute twine and a cream and burgundy label showing an engraved Altai farmstead against mountains. Marked «Избранное» (Selected) and коллекция отборного мёда — the selected-honey collection. The honey is pale and creamy-set.
It is the only jar in the range carrying the Roskachestvo mark.
ПРОВЕРЕНО РОСКАЧЕСТВОМ — "Verified by Roskachestvo" — the Russian Quality Mark (Российский Знак Качества), on both a red hang-tag and a printed badge on the label. rskrf.ru
Roskachestvo is a state-founded quality body that tests products independently and awards the mark only to those that exceed the national standard. That is a third-party certification, not a self-declared claim — and across your whole catalogue only a handful of products carry anything comparable (Isigny's AOP, Krinos' PDO, the Küchle EU Organic leaf, the Whole Grains Council stamp on Mestemacher).
May honey (майский мёд) is the first harvest of the season, from early spring blossom — traditionally regarded as the finest and most delicate of the year.
The jar also carries a «технология бережной упаковки» seal — "gentle packaging technology," the producer's own mark for minimally-heated handling.
Honey. (Single-ingredient honey.)
