Knorr Delikatess Brühe

Small amber glass jar with a lime-green lid. Delikatess Brühe is the lighter, more delicate of Knorr's two German broths — clearer and less vegetable-forward than the Gemüse Bouillon, with nutmeg in the spice blend.

It carries the V-Label vegan certification — a genuine third-party mark, not a self-declared claim. That is unusual for a broth powder, where dairy and meat derivatives are common, and it makes this the one to recommend to a vegan customer.

One jar makes 7 litres — 48 cups. Excellent value per serving and worth stating, because the jar looks small.

Iodized table salt, flavours, starch, sugar, table salt, 3.5% onions, 1.2% carrots, spices (nutmeg, celery seeds, curcuma), corn oil, parsley, 0.4% celery root.
