Knorr Gemüse Bouillon

Small amber glass jar with a dark green lid. Gemüse Bouillon is the fuller, more vegetable-forward of Knorr's two German broths — you can read it straight off the ingredient list, which names real percentages of carrot, onion and celeriac rather than relying on flavourings.

It has genuine vegetable content, and the label quantifies it: 6% carrots, 3% onions, 3% celeriac, 2.5% vegetable juice concentrates. The Delikatess Brühe on the same shelf declares 3.5% onions and 1.2% carrots and leans harder on "flavours."

If a customer wants the broth that tastes most of vegetables, this is it. One jar makes 7 litres.
