The traditional format, unchanged: large round knäckebröd wheels with a hole in the middle, wrapped in blue paper, broken into wedges rather than sliced.

Four ingredients — whole grain rye flour, yeast, water, salt — with no fat and no sugar at all. Three grams of fibre in a single 16 g wedge is the best fibre-per-serving figure on any crispbread we stock. At 400 g it is also the largest pack we carry, so it is the one to buy if rye crispbread is a staple in your house rather than an occasional thing.
