The only crispbread in our range actually baked in Sweden — every other Wasa we carry is made in Germany.

Four ingredients: whole grain rye flour, rye flour, yeast, salt. Nothing added for fat, sugar, texture or shelf life, which is rare enough to be worth saying out loud. It is also the lowest calorie density on our shelf at roughly 292 kcal per 100 g, and it is fat free.

If you want to know what plain Swedish rye crispbread tastes like with nothing else in the way, this is it. 8 g of whole grain per slice.
