100% whole grain rye, baked in Germany, with flaxseed and blue poppy seed worked into the dough and sea salt across the top. Thin and snappy rather than thick and craggy — the easiest of the rye boards to eat plain.

Six ingredients, no sugar of any kind, and around 18 g of fibre per 100 g. At 10 g of whole grain per slice it carries more whole grain than anything else on our crispbread shelf.
